How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order through our print partner. Please allow standard production time before your order ships, plus transit time for delivery. Exact timelines vary by product and are shown at checkout.
How is framed and fine art shipped?
Framed prints, acrylic, and aluminum pieces are packaged with extra protection for transit. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement.
What are my framing and material options?
Our Alabaster line is available as framed fine art print, acrylic, or aluminum. Our dorm-decor lines (Coquette Dorm, Y2K Nostalgia, Neutral Minimalist) are available as posters or canvas in 8x10" and 11x14".
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is printed to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out and we'll make it right.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
